Welcome to RARI
Tax overages, also known as excess funds or surplus funds, often refer to the surplus money generated from a tax sale when a property's sale price exceeds the amount of delinquent taxes owed.
In such cases, the surplus funds are typically held by the government or a designated agency. The rightful owner of the surplus funds is often the previous property owner or other lien-holders, depending on local laws and regulations.
RARI specializes in finding and recovering these surplus funds to assist the entitled parties in claiming their funds and we never charge any upfront fees. We only get paid if our client gets paid by charging a percentage of the fee that we were able to recoup for our clients . It's crucial for property owners to be aware of any potential tax overages after a tax sale and allow RARI to help claim the surplus funds within the specified timeframe.

What Happens After A Foreclosure?
#1
In the event of a Tax Deed or Mortgage foreclosure, your property will be subject to a foreclosure auction by the county due to unpaid taxes or a mortgage.
#2
The initial bid is for the taxes or mortgage that one owes at this auction
#3
It is not common knowledge that these properties are sold at a higher price than the initial offer, and any remaining profit is due to the previous owner.
